Entry is open to all registrants enrolling for a language, teaching certification or computer training course or workshop during the stipulated period. Offer valid only upon complete settlement of course fee. No additional fee is payable to enter the competition. |

Identification which includes a photograph will be required (examples include drivers licence/passport/student card where photo included) when claiming and collecting the prize. |

Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when claiming and collecting their prize. |

The winner may be required by Eton Institute to participate in an interview, photo, video and/or film session and acknowledge that Eton Institute has the a perpetual irrevocable license to use their name, comments, publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit. |

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to retain the branding on the car as approved by Eton Institute and other relevant authorities for a period of at least 1 year from handover and registration of the vehicle. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize. |

| The prize cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent. Should the winner choose to sell the car, they will automatically forfeit the free insurance and registration for 1 year.

Employees of Eton Institute and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. |

It is the winner's responsibility to collect their prize. No cartage expenses are included in the prize. |

Eton Institute may not be held liable for defective prizes or misuse of any prize, or for any claims, liability, loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered off for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with any contest or prize promoted by Eton Institute. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by Eton Institute in its absolute discretion. |

Eton Institute reserves the right, in its sole discretion to terminate, modify, cancel or suspend the prize draw due to unforeseeable circumstances. |

Winner must redeem the prize on or before 02 October 2010 otherwise the prize will be forfeited. |

Offers past their validity date will be regarded as obsolete and cannot be redeemed. |
